He launched his own firm after three years and gained millions. Later, he expanded into a variety of enterprises, including the founding of Astoria (in Oregon), real estate, and hotels. Elbert Green Hubbard wrote this book. He was a writer, publisher, artist, and philosopher from the United States. He began his career as a traveling salesman for the Larkin Soap Company, where he was raised in Hudson, Illinois.
